Aupair in Holland

Holland

You do not have to speak Dutch to be an aupair in Holland as English is widely spoken. Easy-going Netherlands is the home of historic figures such as Van Gogh, Rubens, Rembrandt and Anne Frank. Visit Teling (best theme-park of the world in 2001 and 2003) in the south of the Netherlands. Because of the location of this country you can play almost any outdoor (and indoor) sport you can imagine. Holland has lovely beaches during the summer and wonderful skating on frozen rivers in the winter. Riding a bike is an easy and efficient way of getting around the cities. Did you know that Holland is the most densely populated country in Europe? That the capital is in fact Amsterdam but that the government is seated in The Hague? That the Dutch are known for the colour orange? Why, you ask? because it's the colour of the Royal Family. That's why they dress in orange and paint their faces at soccer matches, at the Olympics and on April 30th (a typically Dutch national holiday, known as the Queen's b-day).As an au pair in Holland you can experience vibrant Amsterdam, live a stone’s throw from the Beach in The Hague, or work in bustling Rotterdam. Learn Dutch and get a feel for the easy going life style! Also, Holland is the portal to the rest of Europe: you can be in Paris within 4 hours and fly to London in an hour.
