JCR is a founder member of the Universal Au-pair Association. We operate globally in many countries with the global head office being situated in Melbourne, Australia.

JCR global has been bringing au pairs to Australia on a legal visa to live in with Australian families no matter whether in cities, towns, country towns, rural areas or farms since 2000. JCR provides ongoing full back up and support to both families and au pairs.

JCR has exclusive associate overseas offices that check out all applicants prior to sending them to us for prospective families. We do not simply "pluck" girls off the internet and try and place them.

JCR specialises in and only provides live in placements.

JCR operates all over Australia so no matter where you live and providing that there are other young people to make friends with and reasonable access to places that young people enjoy going to, we will be able to assist you.

Most of our au pairs are sourced from those overseas countries where there is a visa agreement with Australia. These countries could include Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Ireland, UK and USA.  From time to time we do have young people from New Zealand and from within Australia.

All au pairs are required to complete an in-depth application. All of our au pairs have good child minding experience and have references, police checks and medical clearances. We present a comprehensive file with photos, application and host family letter. You are therefore; assured that no matter where your au pair comes from they will have been through the same process.

JCR does its very best to present an au pair that will most likely fit with the host family's requirements and life style.  We do not waste your time presenting applicants who would not be suitable.

JCR provides back-up and support to family and au pair alike throughout the contract period. We provide our host families with a reference guide book on hosting an au pair. The au pair is provided with a reference guide book on living in with a host family. In addition the au pair is provided with a booklet on childcare for ages birth to 12 yrs old.
