I really enjoyed visiting. Also had a great time in London seeing all the sights, really really enjoyed the London Eye, could see for miles. Went shopping in Harrods and on Oxford and Regent Sts, saw Trafalga Sq and Piccadilly Circus - felt like I was playing monopoly! Went through Westminster Abby, interesting....
Dublin and I've just come back from a one week holiday in Barcelona, staying with a school friend who is doing her gap year in Gloustershire. From Barcelona, I spent the weekend with my best friend's sister in Paris for her 21st birthday and it was amazing. Whilst in Dulwich, I have already formed life long friendships with some aupairs who live very close to me. In a particular I have built a strong friendship with a German aupair, called Dorle. Her host children are the same age as Lauren and Giles and consequently, they are alway over here playing and having tea with us, which is really nice.
Yes there were some trying times, but it was at these times that my host parents were most caring and considerate.
