Become a Partner Agency with JCR Intercultural Exchange Programs and JCR Aupairs and Nannies
JCR welcomes enquiries from anyone interested in becoming a Partner Agency in their area anywhere in Australia, New Zealand or in other parts of the Asia Pacific region. As a Partner Agency you will be able to use the JCR name in your area, thereby reaping the benefits of working together with an organisation which has a wide ranging global network and enjoys an excellent international and national reputation in the industry. It is neither difficult nor costly to become a Partner Agency.
JCR offers you, as a Partner Agency, the opportunity to recruit participants for our programs. Partner Agencies are responsible for all aspects of our procedures that have to do directly with the applicant and their application from start to completion. JCR itself, would be responsible for all aspects of the actual placement procedure and for back up and support or the applicant, at all times. JCR head office provides the placements for the outbound programs and aupairs, mom’s helps or nannies for Australian or New Zealand families.
Partner Agencies can work with all our outbound programs. Involvement with our Australia/New Zealand placement division is welcome. [This latter does not apply to partner agencies outside of Australia and New Zealand.] Partner Agencies can work from a home office or from a city/town office. To be most successful, it is best to do this on a full time basis but JCR will consider partner agencies who wish to work part time, depending on the number of hours in any given week.
Partner Agents can be any age from 18 upwards: So they could be, someone who wishes to build a full time business, a nanny who wants to make a change in her work, a mom with young children in school during the day who doesn’t want to work full day, someone wishing to make a complete change in their life style, a retired person wanting some challenge in their lives. Male or female, there is no restriction.
All a Partner agent needs is,
- a love of life
- a love of people
- a good telephone manner
- belief in our programs and the benefits of intercultural exchange
- ability to promote the programs
- organisational ability
- a good level of computer literacy
- to be resourceful
- stability
- ability to take the ups and downs of business in their stride
- sufficient funds to set up as JCR requires
- sufficient funds to start up and initially fund a small business for themselves.
You would also need a computer with email and an up to date Microsoft program, a dedicated phone line, an answering machine, a scanner, if possible a fax machine and a place where you can do interviews.
JCR will provide:
