JCR Intercultural Exchange Programs Pty Ltd in Australia is part of the JCR international organisation with the international head office located in South Africa where the company was first formed in 1987.
The head office for Australia, New Zealand and South Korea is in Melbourne Australia. JCR has an amazing international network of exclusive associate organisations that we have been working with for many, many years. It is no wonder then, that we are able to offer the range of countries that we do and the service that we provide to young people wishing to go abroad or to come to this part of the world.
Families in Australia and New Zealand know us as JCR Au Pairs and Nannies. They know that they can rely on us to find them just the right person to help.

Sybil has had extensive business experience and has run her own business for many years. Sybil has been involved with the running of JCR in South Africa and Europe. She has travelled extensively around the world. Sybil is an accomplished singer and music teacher and for many years taught music to many people young and old. She is a trained teacher of English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). She is a practising Reiki and Karuna Reiki Master. |

Elise has extensive business and travel experience. She has alegal and post graduate psychology degree. She works as a counsellor, life coach as well as a family mediator. Elise also has a speciality in working with Aged Care and health issues. She has a musical background and has taught music to many young children. Elise is a Reiki Master and a Hypnotherapist. She is the mother of 3 young children who keep her on her toes. |

Sorrel has extensive business, film/theatre performance and training experience. She has performing arts, public relations and marketing qualifications. She has traveled widely and enjoys learning about new cultures. Sorrel was been involved with working with young adults in education for the past 10 years in South Africa and New Zealand, often working across cultures and with foreign students. For the last 6 years she has been intimately involved with voluntary work organizing and managing a NZ team for an annual sport carnival for teenagers. Sorrel moved to Australia in the beginning of 2007 to join JCR. |
